Special Requirements

Some scholarships listed in the 2010-11 Oregon Scholarship eApp Workbook require you to provide extra documentation. In the Workbook, each scholarship features a tool bar, which may contain the term “XDoc” to indicate additional documents are required. This may be an additional essay, names of references, certification that you possess a certain document, or other information a donor requires—e.g., the Ford Special Recommendation or ReStart Reference forms.

You must review the scholarship eligibility criteria online in the scholarship catalog to determine what type of extra documentation must be submitted with your application and when.

If the scholarship requires an extra document after you are awarded the scholarship or a semifinalist for the award, you must certify that you will be able to provide the extra documents when requested by OSAC. DO NOT submit the extra document until notified by OSAC through your e-Student Profile. After submitting your application, check your e-Student Profile on a regular basis for submission instructions on how and when to submit your extra documents.
